I am a student at San Diego State University pursuing a major in Computer Science and a minor in Statistics emphasized in data analysis. I've had a variety of work experience varying from internships with Daily Harvest and Expedia Group as well as valuable leadership experience through being a teacher assistant for numerous sections of Computer Science courses. Through my education at San Diego State University, supportive mentorship, and personal research, I've gained insight on programming principles, helpful frameworks, and techniques to better myself in the field. Having said that, I am eager to learn more about the industry and the steps needed to succeed in future opportunities.

• Developed composite metric to assess effectiveness of retail customer service interactions at Expedia Group.
• Conducted statistical analysis in collaboration with analytics teams to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and determine accurate penalty proportions for the metric.

• Conducting research under Dr. Luwen Huangfu’s supervision with the AI4Business Lab.
• Collaborate with PhD, graduate, and undergraduate students from academic institutions such as UC Irvine and other accredited universities.

Founder and Vice-President

• Founded the first Quantum Computing Club at San Diego State University to expand student outreach for the subject at the school.
• Organized IBM certified events and distributed 28 Qiskit certificates to members of the club.
• Coordinated with the student board to communicate with faculty members and students from the university to direct operations and meetings for the group.
• Created curriculum to facilitate and oversee a 5-month long quantum computing project while leading several teams for successful delivery.

• Implemented grading scripts to automatically grade student submissions on labs and homework
• Held 2 weekly office hours sessions available to 140 students to assist and guide questions regarding programming assignments

Software Engineering Intern

• Upgraded legacy system which has logic to determine which shipments meet the criteria to obtain additional promotional materials by removing dependencies on complex tools while refactoring code to fit current systems
• Increased server efficiency and improved code readability due to the creation and development of shared libraries
